New investors putting in 10-20m, what is the incentive, what is the risk?
In reality it will be stakeholders.
Creditors. Gold loan. Large shareholders. A new deal will save current stakes for them.
Troy might as well just walk away. If Omai Gold finds a new deposit at Broccoli Hill they can just buy and relocate the mill. Tenements are collateral for the gold loan anyway. What would creditors get?
In April, most or all of the old debt needs to go or there won't be a future for the project I think.
