It is alright for you to make comment, when you do not
even own shares (I am not saying you should not be
making comment), but it would be better coming from
a s/h) I always thought Capilism was to make money,
(And companies to act in the best interests of S/Hs)
as much as possible,be it acquire more tenements or
make T/O.

You and other posters completely against FAS, will
make money in the short term, and even more in the
longer term, that is if you own shares.

You make a statement, saying it was rediculous for
GWR to defend the T/O by FAS.
We all know CON was against the T/O, and to spend
$2.5 Million doing so was wasting money.

Did you want Con to just rollover! If he had of done
this he would not have been acting in the best
interests of S/Hs, Would he?

I really think you have answered a lot of questions
for S/Hs by making that statement, That they have been
acting in the best interests of the S/Hs.

And as for those Tenements you mention,down the track
you will realise, these Tenements will benefit GWR
Greatly in the value of the S/P,in saying that you will
find a lot more FE

Now lets have a look at PMM, They acted in the best
interests of their S/Hs (CLEVELAND CLIFFS) by snapping
up the GWR shares, A lot of you people think they are
the White Knight, if you give them control, you will
be the cooked geese, they will do only one thing put
WILUNA WEST ON THE BACKBURNER, and wait for the S/P
to decline and then make a offer for your shares (which
will not be worth much by that time)say a 20% to 30%
premium to the existing price, and then and only then
we will know how much we have been had.
You will then see that they have acted in the best
interest of Cleveland Cliffs

I argued against the FAS T/O for ages with plenty of
strong debate with Wally, Inco , $,and others, but I
would rather be taken over by FAS, IMHO as a S/H.
