Simrose,
do you believe everything that you read? yes Con said that he was against the take over but did he have a choice? remember he was up for removal from the board.
you also have a short memory. Con also personally sued GWR. is that acting in the best interest of shareholders?
If you DYOR as you suggest you will also know that the proceedings against GWR were thrown out and costs awarded against Con (Mick and Rudd). now have we recieved any update about the costs orders? of course not! isnt persuing money owed to the company acting in the interest of shareholders? given that it was a supreme court action the costs would be at least a couple hundred grand.
If Con was truly against the takeover why would he be suing the Company or wanting to oust the Chairman seeking to truly defend the takeover. Coincidently they succeeded.
its the greed of a major shareholder and the fear of the directors to stand up to that major sharholder that has crippled GWR and its other shareholders. Why would the directors want to stand up against him? they are too busy lining their own pockets (look at the admin fee for the last quarter) thats not to mention secret success fees. $800K non refundable deposit? i would have thought given what has happened (or is about to happen) with a certain west australian mining identity they would learn and know about director duties etc.
now Simrose how do you know that PMM are going to put the project on the back burner? have you spoken to them or are you believing what you read again. The other self appointed knights have already stated that they believe there is no intentions for GWR to develop WW itself and that it will be onsold. if that is the case why are you now a backer of FAS?
