Reading the blog about the MAYFLOWER brought back a memory from my youth, a promotion for the car invited the public to make a record of the license plate number for every MAYFLOWER car they saw on the road and submit the list as an entry in the competition. I particularly remember chasing one car on my push bike so i could get the number, alas not fast enough in the pedals
