    I am also unhappy with this development and will vote against it
    2 days before it was announced I sent a cheque to convert 500k options
    I have been buying since receiving 100k shares in the 15.5 cent placement to get the relisting
    I have about 3% of the options and am willing to convert and vote against

    Like T4P I would rather hold the combined company but at a sweetened deal
