macrae uses whatever definition that fits in with his leftist mantra, that's basically for any word he feels like changing- he quoted me some UN translation for 'racist' recently. If a dislike of a particular group constitutes the racist tag, the contempt he's shown for the US president and any of his supporters, would place him far above any of those he categorises as such.
