I don’t mean to come over as being overly critical, but I just reviewed the Board composition to see who could potentially be a short term solid replacement for Brian.

CSL have a clear majority of highly respected, professionally qualified, ladies on the CSL Board… but could they navigate material changes with this $100 billion company over the next few years? (I personally doubt it)
I also wonder how much time in a CSL Board meeting is spent on compliance type reviews versus the time spent on the strategically building that business?
