A Bonanza for Perth

This is early days but looking out 5 to 10 years this is going to be enormous for WA and the city of Perth.
The resource size in Julimar has barely been quantified with the hint of other huge PGE resources in the area.
What this means is a massive mining province at Perth's doorstep. Which in time will include many of the smaller players in the province as they also map out their resources.
The infrastructure has to be built, roads , rail,mines, port improvements etc.
There will be a huge jobs boost for decades and skills migration will help the city grow more. The knock on effect will be enormous.
Miners and company employees can drive to work from their Perth homes. No more commuting to the boonies .
I'm not sure WA realises how big this will be.
It's got the elements the future carbon neutral world needs in a sovereign risk free environment.
