Very good points you raise. I spent 8 years in that region, 4 of them in the Timberden estate which backs onto the Julimar forest. Plenty of fun times riding the dirt bike or MTB through there for a hot pie at the Bindoon Bakehaus. If I was still on that 50 acres I would be planning ahead for a convenience store, bottleshop and a smoked bbq restaurant! Amazing how things link up, I bought into Chalice at IPO when I was up there and still hold. Thanks for all the dialogue I have been reading over the last 18 months, it has kept me on course, TG is a legend.
