Source?...a private email sent to me direct...and one I do not feel obliged to share on a public forum. Take what it says as you will....but many private independant business owners sympathise with the letters content.
Who would want to own/operate a business in this economic climate ...with little or no support from the Government?
They have mis read where the real need for stimulus is really required!...imo
