I dont think you can totally exclude any form of positive announcement before those dates ,

ie sales update,approval by government authorities etc.

The half year report to Dec 03 stated that "It is anticipated that the registration of SciLin in China
So, I would assume that sometime before Xmas would be the go subject to discussions with the Chinese authorities.
