From a TA perspective this is a no brainer. Well and truly oversold.
From FA perspective there are current price targets from BP of $1.40 and I assume macquarie have not downgraded since the announcement earlier this week (they were around the $1.45 mark from memory).
Next target $1.18-$1.20 region.
