Cant help you much, dunno why the shareprice fluctuates over the short term. When I buy a business very cheaply and ignore the technicals completely holding long term I do pretty well.
I don't like TA as it amounts to following others without regard to where they may be going. Can't see into the minds of buyers and sellers unfortunately.
For fun I would speculate my thesis is playing out that revenue has stabilised, in O&G also and that benefits of restructuring and acquisitions will now start flowing through. Could well be wrong about that though.
