I only have 30,000 @$1.4 now so you are more interested, it's around 15% of my portfolio though.
Definitely can sleep easy on it at this price, I have very little worry that the market is right about this valuation. It seems sensible as you say for the market to take this impairment but how many companies on the ASX sell at or below their asset value?
Furthermore while the staffing business is underperforming you could argue the rest is over performing and a hidden asset on the balance sheet.
I don't think there's any super fancy calculation for future earnings, it's far more art than science. I guess time will tell.
