    They're called black swan events because they are unpredictable! So there is really no reason to like or dislike the term. It just encapsulates the idea of a completely unforseen event (in this case never ever considering there could be anything other than white swans, as was the case before explorers came to Australia).

    PRG is a cyclic company because it works, predominantly, in a cyclic industry. I believe that cycle is on the way up, so PRG is undervalued, imo. Usually, companies that have been through a major downturn (and survivied) do well in the upswing. They have trimmed all costs by reducing overheads and on costs, reduced and prioritised staff, and got rid of loss-making parts of the business. Unfortunately for investors what it does mean is that they have to retain more profits to enable them to tool up quickly, so I wouldn't expectthe divvy to increase anytime soon.
