PSY have the documents on their web site, also plenty of news releases on PSY thread here on HC.
But as this is new technology and opens up the possibilities of new target markets and applications, its anyone's guess how far reaching this new technology will eventually become. It's either going to be huge, massive or astronomic.
Current MEMS market using existing technology is worth $14 billion annually, is forecast to reach $18 billion in a couple of years and keep growing. Those forecasts do not factor in PSY or LumiMEMS as they predate this new technology, so the $18 billion estimate is consertive at best!
PSY have hinted at what initial target markets and partnerships will be. They include Health Care, mining among others.
