A few notes:
DKR had 1mill shares on 13/6/08. The final conversion was 1.8mill shares giving 2.8mill in total.
2.5mill was crossed yesterday (we presume to be DKR changing holding entities) which seems to indicate they have sold 300k shares or are in the process of selling 300k shares.
Where are the underwriters of the DKR final conversion? As they did not get stock, why not step into the market and take out the current sellers?
