US "reimbursement" will take many many years to happen if even this will happen (as MM has indicated) so you need to use the current number of $120 per year (which is a lot more expensive than I thought for just a Class I device which only screen for wheeze), so instead of 6x the earning he used 4x the earnings (I'm still not sure why the government and doctor would give you 4x the cost for the service though???) in his 20x EPS so 80x instead of 120x the earning which is still extremely high.
Note, I've never assume any numbers, my assumption of the fundamental is based on the research I've done, hence I told you to check with management and I would happily eat my shoe.
