it is a MANIPULATED TECHNICAL bankruptcy. but it passed all legal requirements as expected. it is final
mbn class action made an effort to block the deal i believe but without a deep pocket it is a fight cannot be won
what happens next doesn't mean much to us former shareholders
still i would like to speculate on a few things:
new sales contracts will be signed and announced in coming months
mbn will have a market cap more than $AUS500m by year end
mbn will have a market cap well over $AUS1b in coming years if nickel price stays in current price range
mbn will be sold to a major or will reach a market cap of $AUS2b at some stages
that was our dream before. it was destroyed by the evil management and taken over by the greedy note-holders
