Whether AGS wins or loses is to a large degress out of AGS's hands. Management can only do their best and shareholders trust them to do that.
My concern is with something WHOLLY within managements hands. My one concern with this is, as mentioned by a few on here, if the ITOCHU deal goes through before the M&D case are AGS selling too cheap. I confess to being confused when I read the statements by AGS but doesn't the price relate to AGS shares before an outcome on the M&D case and therefore cheap if we win the case?
