They dont have to follow the deal through if it isnt in their interest, one would assume the strategic alliance was aimed at developing 4mile if AGS won control in court. That they wont or may not have control of the marketing now doesnt necessarily mean they wont be interested in the project as an investment. Possibly if they owned 25% they could have some input in to the marketing, if they have buyers offering top dollar Heathgate would listen I would imagine.
