a bucket load of lithium

Did you watch the Foreign Corespondant program last night- all about Bolivia and the trillions of dollars worth of Lithiium they are sitting on; all in one huge salt lake. Program focussed on the poor relations Bolly have with foreign miners and how they are trying to go it alone. And the work they seem to have done over the last few years is abysmal. They seriously need some help it would appear. Someone with a social conscious perhaps and someone who developes a good track record, both with the Gov (Morales) and the residents. Could this be our little rau a few years down the track?? jwt
