Perhaps you need to change your tag CSGguy!?!
That image shows what is obvious - wind farms are not as intensive a land use as wind farms!
Of course what neither of our images show is the associated infrastructure. Perhaps this video will help us put that into perspective.

Having established that the impact on aerial photos is far LESS for wind farms than CSG mines, can you help us all by pointing out the infrastructure associated with wind farms comparable to that shown in the videos, particularly the massive evaporation ponds.
Remember, this thread was stimulated by the statement that CSG mining was "invisible"!
There are a couple more issues before we can establish the truth of that statement, but, thanks to you we have a baseline showing that the visual impact from the air is far LESS with wind, so it isn't doing too well (pardon the pun) so far!
If we take a look at the STO presentation of 22/5 pp14-20 we see what the infrastructure associated with CSG mining looks like. What is your take on the infrastructure associated with the wind generation and how does that compare with the compressor stations, evaporation ponds of CSG mining as seen in the Santos presentation? Is it more or less visible than that of CSG mining?
