40kg of wheat, according to yellowcakes figures would equate to about 1.5 bushels. it seems that wheat is about $12 per bushel, so if you got the wheat wholesale, that would cost about $18 - or about 50c per kilo. that has watso thinking, and s there is about 400 gm of flour in a loaf of bread (or 1 kg of flowur will make 2.5 loaves - or 20 c a laof) - then it might be a good idea, to buy a few bushels, and make his own flour. just a matter of pulverising the wheat - surely it cannot be such a hard thing to do
