Yes your absolutely right but Sally McManus and ACTU are going to try going back to the horse and buggy trying to force ALP to force employers to employ full time staff but this 3.5% pay increase and this serious credit squeeze might become the catalysts to get many more businesses to use freelance services at an increasing pace. Most Aussie white collar workers should already be in for a shock but I fear most not yet realised it yet and not taking action to benefit from it. The politicians are in denial too or just don't know either and most voters are sleeping at the wheel because of our dumb or deliberately decietful political classes are not adjusting policies to accommodate this avalanche of new work and services reality and practice.
