I posted this on the ASX thread today by making reference to how Escrow and FLN could get into part of the action the ASX to get into property settlements and as a former Conveyancer I can see great potential for ASX getting involved.

This is what I wrote on ASX

"This deal.opens up.possibilities to compete with REA and could work in well with FLN offshoot Escrow services both listed on ASX.

Real estate agents might also start to feel the double wamny of digital competitive possibilities and the bank lending cut backs. Interesting times ahead.
