But you make a good point re: the tech majors. E.g. Facebook does list jobs.
Of course, any M&A deal would need to cut it with the top 2 shareholders who own > 80% of FLN. They knocked back US$400m (= A$533m today) from Japan's Recruit Co in 2013 (pre-IPO), sold shares post-IPO at $1.40 (= A$644m / US$483m today) and have been buying on-market around current levels. A falling A$ would make FLN cheaper for a foreign buyer.
Based on the above numbers, it would take an offer many times the current Mkt Cap to get Barrie & Clausen over the line. What an acceptable number is, only they know.
