Thanks Spaceminer. Why would any company pay more than $257m for for an assets than its DFC? A DFC which has been prepared by industry professionals.

A value destructive play for existing shareholders.

The company needs to explain to shareholders why the deal was done at this price, or walk the plank. Leave the ship.

Looks like the broking industry has lost all faith in the companies board and management with another "SELL" recommendation.
