The company released its MRE on 21 April 2021- 8m Ozs of Resource. It stated that production at Duketon could continue until FY2028 based on existing reserves. It is also reasonably foreseeable that the company will have some drilling success in the future.
Could you please provide some detail on why RRL “overpaid” for Tropicana? At the current gold price we are looking at $150m in AISC margin per annum and I have an expectation that we will see a significant increase in the price of gold. I think Tropicana will be a very valuable asset very soon.
As for McPhillamys, after watching the recent on-site video that someone kindly posted recently, I am increasingly confident that the economic benefits of the project will win the day.
