Most oil stocks go in cycles.petsec more than most.it's 1/4 was fine.it has raised it's money largely from supporters ,has negligable debt and drilling begins end march on large us targets.china odp is finally very close.documentation provided by cnooc and tariff negotiations close to ending.
It's up cycle about to begin again ESP at 22c
