I applaud QBE. If they allocated all those shares at 10.7, it would have been the ultimate "sell low" by the company. They would not have known at the onset that this demand was going to be this high. I will get my 180 or so shares and sell them on the market. I will be holding the rest for the long term. This action will serve to form a solid base for this stock.
