My questions are related to the appointment of Athan Lekkas as CEO/Executive Chairman.
1. Who was on the nominations/remunerations committees responsible for the appointment of AL and his package?
2. Did XPE advertise the position externally in order to choose the best available candidate?
3. Did the BoD conduct due diligence on AL's resume? And if so, was the BoD satisfied with the lack of shareholder wealth creation in AL's previous/current ASX directorships? FGF/EIO-KFE/CUI/PAX-RYG.

4. Given:
a) Soaring Securities was voluntarily deregistered where form 6010 states assets are under $1000
b) AL's performance as a ASX director [see above],
What was the attraction/compatibility in AL's resume to lead XPE to reach its stated goal as the leading IoT company in the world?
5. Given AL was previously on about $80k as a Director of RYG, what was the rationale behind offering USD362k plus USD12k/month living expenses should AL relocate to the US? Was an external remuneration consultant's advice sought and followed? If not, why not? Did XPE benchmark AL's package against CEO's of other companies: in the industry/ MC size /other RTO's /revenue /profitability /other?
6. Given the SP has dropped from 6.2c to 1.6c, is the BoD satisfied with AL's performance? What are AL's KPIs, given that perhaps the SP is not one of these? Why didn't the original package contain any performance incentives?
