The catastrophic fall from 5 to 3 in a matter of days has a lot to do with it. The Lisa and JS resignations kept many locked in at a paper loss. Many don't want to realise that loss because they are too far in the red, or hold some semblance of hope rightly or wrongly.
Hope is where this COY is at currently, and that's not much to go on.
