I think its clear FBR has given up on doing Waas themselves while US franchising is still possible. A strategic error of this magnitude, money and time invested, is a catastrophe.
They are apparently pivoting to IP licensing, trying to be lighter and nimble and get revenue faster. Im not sure if its too late.
However there are some who are sure the above is a ploy to mask selling off FBR's prized IP assets.
Mike Pivac really has no credibitly left. He is still CEO because he controls the company and is not accountable anyone. It is has been proven now without doubt, he cannot lead the company and has no abilities in doing deals. Glib of the tongue maybe is all he has.
Yes, I think going into adminstration isnt on the horizon just yet. Otherwise FBR will not be able to even do this $6.5M CR. But think about how much patience the big insto backers have left.
On the side note, like to say you are one of the few whom I think is a decent soul here on FBR HC thread.
