Thanks SC, you have just increased the average life span of shareholders. Cardiograms will no longer depict arrhythmia or flat lining. While the sophisticated and institutional investors have always backed FBR, and FBR has got through the GFC, Covid, hurricanes and what not, and we know America is huge and full of tycoons who would even throw money at toothpaste machines, it is reassuring to feel that I am not now throwing good money after bad. That JV falling through put us a bit on edge. I'm waiting to hear Ash say "I have faith in Management" again. FBR's time to shine has come, I believe. A couple of questions that come to mind are: How's the dialogue going with GP Vivienda? Wasn't it all systems go until covid came along? 2000 to 5000 homes were to be built. Were they withholding the trucks in case HXs got deployed to Mexico? Or is Mexico on the backburner until after expansion in the US and Europe? The other thought is around those plastic wedges. Do they stay in the wall or get removed, and is the space simply filled with adhesive? Will spacers be obsolete once rendered blocks and flat slabs are sorted?
