With reference to your comment to Mooks regarding the appointment of various project managers, I can pretty much guarantee that NO company (in the mining game at the moment) will be waiting patiently for AIM to sort their Sh1t out.
In my earlier post, I am concenred that anyone that has been selected by AIM or even DRA or Byrnecut are likely to be the B, C or D team. It is more likely that all the Stars will be working happily on the 'money' jobs elsewhere.
A cultural shift demonstrated by a thorough clean brush through the company (i.e. clearly defined leadership) is about the only rememdy for the malady at present.
