You show a total lack of understanding of what drives mining industry professionals to take up challenging posts. This one is in the middle of Africa - not top of most city dwellers lists.

Most people who may take up the post will not speak the local lingo - another challenge. The project however appears to be quite robust and the margins won't be smacked by a few dollars either side.

A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Put someone in who has done something similar somewhere remote on the globe and it will happen. A go - getter is needed but money talks and if the carrot is dangled the team members will show up in spades. Dangle shares and options and hello sailor you have a team.
