I would rate the current AIM club as having no clear leadership, lacking talent, no speed on the ground, poor work ethic, no club loyalty, poor skills, inadequate admininistration which is unable to secure sponsorships, poor accounting, inadequate pre season, poor planning for on ground performance, unskilled coach, poor support team, lacking self respect and accountability, no discipline, poor attitude.
They do have a very good ground to develop the club but the personel is not standing up to be counted.
Requires takeover by experienced group.
