A recommendation from the management to accept a t/o @ $1.40 would appear hypocritical in the extreme given the proposed issue to CRM at about that price, and the blather about now having a partner ("friend" even), to assist with future infrastucture and capital requirements to get us into production!
If its "too hard" for this mgt team to bring us into production, then at least negotiate a decent exit price for the shareholders.
