I like the fact that I am not being diluted. The market seems to like the way that SEK is investing at near the bottom of the market, and raising capital without necessarily disadvantaging any shareholders via dilution.
They will be able to reduce some debt too. the business will now be significantly de-risked.
Other listed companies should look at this as an example of doing the right thing the right way.
