If this is just a pure capital raising (to raise cash) we are buggered and I think that the chances of commercialisation of ATC based on the Phase III data to date is remote - there can be no reason to raise now instead of Jan/Feb next year unless there are doubts about those results.

If there is not a corporate transaction underlying this i.e. Tibotec taking an equity stake and/or underwriting a rights issue I think this is very negative.
