    Unbelievable - last time I looked they had plenty of cash on hand.

    What do they need a 'material' amount of money for !?!

    I can only think that it must be an anti-takeover tactic as per their newly appointed advisors.

    Holding / payment dates etc. will be interesting as I still believe that WHC will make a move after the merger is finalised (April 24th) so it might all come to nothing anyway.

    Any other views out there ?
