Of course, Nathan has his man (Ian Craig) on the Board so presumably both he and even Whitehaven would have been well and truly prepared for this.
I wonder if they have a tactic worked out to achieve their end goal !?!

They are leaving it very late to post the announcement as trading is due to start when the market opens today (as per Trading Halt statement).
Typically they are being shown up as very amateurish.
