    Legally Olympic Domain is the tenement holder, so it would be them BHP would talk to regarding a t/o.

    But to avoid any legal battle taking over OD and CHK would remove all obstacles.

    But if it really was BHP, they may even offer a scrip deal instead of cash. Time will tell.
