It's an anonymous forum, posters are not known to each other, nor are their credentials.
Anyone who makes a bad decision, in any direction, on the strength of anything read in a forum like this would be made to look an absolute fool by any good barrister if they tried to seek redress in the courts.
If anyone was to be held accountable it might perhaps be the forum itself for poor policing but even that is unlikely given what we all agree to in becoming members.
However, like all legal cases, there would be certain winners namely the lawyers pocketing their fees whatever the case.
Actual criminality, as opposed to civil/tortious ligitation is a different matter, and if the toothless tiger ASIC ever caught anyone they would surely suck them to death.
