Very good post kesslin and right on the mark in regards to long term shareholders value being eroded by some criminal entity fronting for PRC.I question the handover of the FIRB approval for the TO of SDL.If the review board had done some research on hanlong and the shonky dealings it has been involved in ,how the hell can they approve the TO.

The disappearance of the hanlong executive the findings against the 2IC would be enough evidence to reject the approval. These are all components ,including the waiving of "the letter" the extensions that gave hanlong the confidence to lob the "low ball" .The board have not taken care of shareholders value and should stood their ground right from the beginning.

The lower share price that keeps coming up in news reports, and is used as a comparison to the apparent "red hot deal" that shareholders are being offered, has blatantly being manipulated
over the last two month ,by the institutions ,day traders and the last hammer came from our own board.

The increase in resource had nearly no effect on the share price,
compare that to SIR or SBR today with only a few holes drilled ,
    and they have a rocket.

Anyway time will tell where we end up .
