very well put keslin, your post says it all !

1/ i dont have faith in the regulators, to uphold the rules of decency or protect the small shareholders.

2/ i am not impressed with the board or the fact that i have to get my information from the media or the likes of posters on hot copper like borekaw, who IMO have a close a attachement to the negotiating parties(persistent kite flying)

3 i am not impressed by the media propagating miss information & wantonly speading the kite flying campaign details.

the board should have been ready for this, with an independent expert report, to shove in NDRC faces, as to what a fair price is ? i/we are still waiting.
