Never thought I would be seriously considering HDR at sub $1 again....but I don't know if there is anyone out there who should not at least be seriously contemplating the prospect. Price-wise that would bring us back to the start of 2004 for HDR....completely underscores the discipline of taking profits from HDR when they are available.

Is this way oversold? Yes....on almost every any angle...but TA (which I have come to have a healthy respect for) suggests the bottom has yet to arrive.

The decline in sentiment has been relentless....
