a caution for all, page-9

I'm so glad I checked back in. This is going to add so much to this board if indeed this proceeds!

One can only hope this individual hires any lawyer who's been around for more than 2 years. I've read too many posts on HC over the years and let me say, while some of them have made me sit up,  none have ever struck me as an outright lie. That's as subtly as I'll put it. Hopefully if this case keeps going we'll find the answers to all those crazy posts! You know the "who was really right"!

So now some guy has got to defend himself against very serious allegations for posting his take on public information. I hope he hires the most expensive lawyer in Australia. Tell him all $$ judgments are his (with no costs) and make sure he includes his own hourly rate for dealing with this nightmare. I guess if he's greedy he will hope it will last for a very very long time! I would imagine his lawyer will decide that though. Can you imagine if there are 40 people in the mix!!! OMG!!!!!

Fingers crossed this all goes ahead. I'd look forward to checking in more regularly.
