    A few years ago I identified stock that seemed to be undervalued & overlooked. A certain bank made a low ball offer & the independent report comment on the offer that it was unfair but not unreasonable. A mere lay person might find this phrase somewhat confusing. This company as I recall was trading on a PE of 4 perhaps less. The certain bank repackaged this company and after a decent interval was floated again at a very much higher PE.
